Refund requests are accepted only under specific circumstances. You may request a refund if the products you received are damaged, defective, incorrect, or if they were undelivered. We do not accept refund requests for buyer's remorse or preference changes once an order has been successfully fulfilled.
Customers must report any issues with their order within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
To assist us in verifying your claim, we may require supporting photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect items clearly showing the issue, along with the original packaging and invoice.
Agricart FPC Shop reserves the right to reject refund requests if the products are found to have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition where applicable.
