We understand that circumstances may change. Customers can request to cancel their orders before shipment. If the cancellation request is successfully processed before the items are dispatched, the full order amount will be refunded.
Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, we may not be able to accept cancellation requests. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy for return eligibility after delivery.
If your cancellation is approved before the items are shipped, we will initiate a full refund. The refund will be processed directly to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow standard processing times as determined by your bank or payment provider.
If your order is canceled by Agricart FPC Shop for any reason, you will be promptly notified via the email address or contact number provided during checkout. Any payments made for orders canceled by us will be fully refunded.
